What is SignExperts's Refund & Replacement Policy?

SignExperts stands firmly behind its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. All our products come with an industry-leading 90-day (THREE-month) warranty.
In rare instances, if we have made an error in your custom order or the product is damaged during transit, we will promptly replace your order or offer a full refund.

Eligibility for Refunds and Replacements

1. For Non-Custom Products

  • Refunds or replacements for non-custom products are available only if the items are damaged in transit, defective, lost during shipping, or substantially different from the original order.
  • While SignExperts will make the final decision on whether to provide a replacement or refund, we are committed to ensuring a fair and satisfactory resolution.please contact us by email at Service@signexperts.com.au or call us directly at (+61) 0432 758 139 and one of our sales representatives will review the issue based on your brief description of the problem.

2. For Custom Products

  • Custom products are made to order specifically for you and are eligible for replacements only. No refunds will be issued. These items can be replaced if they arrive damaged, defective, lost during shipping, or with an error in printing/customization (e.g., incorrect spelling, design, or size).
  • Exclusions: We cannot accept replacements for minor variations in color, texture, or size that may occur due to screen settings or the handmade nature of some items. Additionally, any personalization mistakes made by the customer (e.g., typos or incorrect details) are not eligible for replacement. Please ensure all customization details are correct before submitting your order.

 3. For Close-Out Products

  1. Close-out products are eligible for replacements only and no refunds will be issued. These items can be replaced if they arrive damaged, defective, lost during shipping or if there is an error in customization.
  2. How to Request a Refund or Replacement?
  3. Notify Us within the Return Window (3 Days): If you have an issue with any custom, non-custom, or closeout product, please raise a ticket under "My Account" and include image proof along with a description of the issue.
  4. Review Process: Our team will review your case within 12 hours and provide a refund, replacement, or other appropriate resolution, as applicable.
  5. Condition for Returns: Please ensure the product is in its original, unused condition when returned.

There is no restocking fee and SignExperts pays the shipping costs for returns due to wrong shipment or product quality issues; if the customer needs to replace the product due to a lack of fit, etc., the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Delivery Dates
Guaranteed delivery dates on the website are based on the assumption that all information needed to process the orders, including print-ready graphic artwork and files, is received with the order. If there is any delay in getting the required information from the customer, it might delay the delivery date.
We use FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS as our shipping carriers. In rare cases, there might be a delay with the shipping carrier. In such instances, we do not take responsibility for the delay.
