All about printed artwork and graphics

Be sure to convert all fonts to outlines or curves before sending the file. Please set the size of the proof in proportion to the exact size of the custom banner's order.
We highly recommend you send a vector-based file in EPS, AI or PDF format. If you have a raster-based image such as PSD, PNG or JPG, please send it in the actual size it will be imprinted on your banner.All text should be at least two inches from the edge of the banner's grommets. We suggest you send the highest resolution file you have available. The highest resolution files work best.
Acceptable formats include:

  • EPS (Encapsulated Post Script)
  • AI (Adobe Illustrator)
  • PDF (Adobe Reader PDF)
  • PSD (Adobe Photoshop)
  • JPEG (High Resolution JPEG)
  • TIFF (High Resolution TIFF)

Depending on the resolution and pixels, PSD, JPEG, TIFF files gets blurry when enlarged. Thumbnail JPGs or GIFs cannot be used for large prints. If submitting these files please follow these guidelines.

100% scale (full size output) at 100 dpi
50% scale at 200 dpi or higher
25% scale at 300 dpi or higher
10% scale at 600-1200 dpi

Vector: Line art is scalable to any size, it never loses resolution and the image stays clean and crisp. Vector files can be submitted in any size, in proportion to your banner's size

Once your artwork has been approved it will go straight to production and no changes can be made.

Once the reprint is approved, all reprints must be consistent with the original printing content.

Yes, we can print banners on both sides.

For certain file types like PDF, DOC, DOCX, EPS, CDR, AI, PSD, TIF, TIFF, PPT, BMP, SVG, our system is not able to generate an instant proof for review but we have your file and our pre-press department will review your file for size and quality (resolution) before sending it to the production. They will contact you if the file is not good for printing. If a proof is requested, you will receive an email proof (even if the file is good) within 24 hours and we will only process the order after you review and approve the proof.

Yes absolutely! Feel free to upload as many as you'd like or you can also email us your designs.

Our design team will work with you until we create a banner that satisfies you. If we cannot come to an agreement, you can expect to see a full refund within 24 hours.

Printers at SignExperts are calibrated to print colors accurately to match the order, but in cases that they do not, we cannot be held responsible. The appearance of the thumbnail could be different on our screens and equipment compared to yours. We will not issue refunds or accept returns due to color, depth or tone. However, we recommend you to provide Pantone + Color Bridge Coated for the best match. We address each of these situations on a case-by-case basis.

We employ cutting-edge printing and finishing gear. We have dye-sublimation, direct-to-fabric, solvent, Eco-solvent, and HP-Latex printers. The maximum resolution of our solvent and eco-solvent printers is 320 dpi, whereas that of our UV printers is 1000 dpi. Direct-to-fabric printing and dye-sublimation transfer technology are used to print all of our fabric goods. We provide solvent and UV printing for our banners and decals.

Yes! We keep your artwork on file to make reordering and using your art on other products simple and easy!

All about Products, Quality, and Materials

Yes! Unless it is an exact reorder, you always see an e-proof of your item which must be approved by you before we proceed!

We do not knowingly reproduce copyrighted material and will not accept liability for such infringement when reproducing orders. You are solely responsible for ensuring the artwork you submit does not infringe on property rights by obtaining proper permission for the reproduction of logos, trademarks and copyrighted material.

We stand by our “commitment towards quality” with an industry-leading 90-day (three-month) warranty. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, rest assured, we've got you covered under certain terms.

In the event of specific issues related to your order involving, primarily but not limited to Received Damaged Product/Transit Damage/Product Missing, upon delivery, customers should report these discrepancies within 24 hours of receiving their order. Failure to do so within this timeframe will render the product ineligible for our warranty.

For other issues, such as product failures or ink problems due to manufacturing defects within this 90-day period, SignExperts will either replace the product at no additional cost or provide a credit equal to the value of the defective product.

Please note: SignExperts reserves the right to investigate claims to determine eligibility under its guarantee. It will then decide between a refund or replacement based on the customer's preference.

All about Orders, Payments and Shipping

You can contact our customer support team via call or chat. We will check the progress on the order, and if possible, we will make the changes to the order. However, once the order is processed and is in production, there cannot be any changes to the order.

If there is a production error we will redo the cover without and questions asked.

Production time refers to the period it takes to make your banner order in our production facility. The time is based on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
